Links and Suggestions PLEASE!!!!!

Am going out Saturday unsure of venue but nowhere super smart. Have slim fit jeans and high heeled black knee boots but need suggestions of what to wear on top half, to cover my attractive 'love handles' and possibly my horrible arms.

I bought Grey Velvet Blazer recently (although they also have it in Midnight Blue, the grey looks better in real life than it does on the screen). I really like it, I have worn it with jeans (dark grey/black, I suppose the Midnight Blue would be better with blue jeans) and a vest top underneath, it feels smart but no too overdressed and IMO is flatteringly cut, hides a multitude.
