Getting rid of hyperpigmentation marks

I've got a strange patch of hyperpigmentation on my face, acquired in my last pregnancy. It looks like a Nike Swoosh under my eye Confused

I've been putting cocoa butter on it and factor 30, and using a Clinique home dermabraision kit once a fortnight, but it's taking forever to fade. Anyone had success getting rid of them for good?

www.skinceuticals.co.uk was recommended in yesterday's Times magazine for getting rid of pigmentaiton- £75.
Essential you use sun block though at the same time- all day every day.

Can they be lasered off?? I think dermalogica do a whitening range to tackle them. If you wear sunscreen during pg does it prevent them??

Thanks Fluffy, I managed to get some Dermalogica samples of their whitening range on eBay today, I'll give that a go :)

I always wear at least SPF 15, upped it to 30 since this appeared. Unfortunately in pregnancy hormones can cause it. Your skin pigment changes, hence the darker nipples, lina nigra, etc.

A course of microdermabrasion facials would do it.
