How can I make my hair grow faster?

Just the stuff that grows on my head, the rest of it's sprouting just fine ta.

I'm taking silica to stop mine falling out as much and it's definitely making it grow faster. Omega oils help too.

Brewers yeast and sea kelp. Plus a generally healthy diet hair is protein after all.

I take a zinc and vit e too, and fish oils. I rattle.

Thanks, wonder if I could get all that in a multi vit. Will investigate.

Am due for a diet overhaul anyway!
