I would love some help please! I have very dark brown hair naturally, but can really notice the grey now (only about 15% prob). My skin is fairly pale but slightly olive I think. My eyes are greeny brown. So far all I have ever done is put demi perm colours on at home (casting creme gloss). Through trial and error I've discovered I don't love mahogany type colour. I just want something that covers grey, adds richness, is not blocky, and now would like to lighten a touch. Have tried using a lighter shade recently with a permament. Tried a perfect 10, think it was 5a. Not impressed. Grey seems to be coming through more quickly, and loks a bit dull, and still a bit reddy even though it was described as "cool". Never had highlights or anything like that. What would you suggest? I have a box of Belle colour 5 and a nice and easy medium brown to hand, but can go to the shops if needed! Many thanks.
