My boobs were small before DD's were born but now they're even smaller and it effects me everyday - I just want to have a nice shape without having to wear an uncomfortable padded bra! Seriously thinking of going for it now and wondered if anyone had any experience/advice/idea of cost etc..
Many thanks

You really need individual prof. advice tailored for you.
Keep in mind it's not a one-off decision; they need to be removed or replaced or removed every 10 yrs or so. Yet another painful operation and all attendant risks.

I had one about 6 years ago for exactly the same reason. I am really pleased with the result and have never regretted it. I did loads of research first and saw 4 different surgeons before deciding who to go with. I didn't go too big either so they look in proportion. It is a big decision though so do your research and make sure you are one hundred percent committed before you go ahead with it .

I feel exactly the same as you properliquorice- I was trying on bras today in the changing rooms and had a bit of a cry- was going to buy a nice padded one to make me feel better, but what's the point- I don't fill a bra any more.

cazza40 could you recommend a surgeon/clinic? I don't think my hubby would agree to one that's the only problem- he hates the idea of cosmetic surgery but after 2 kids I'm so miserable- I can't look at myself naked- I was also small chested before, now any breast tissue I did have seems to have gone and left me with two fried eggs! I'm also scared of any complications/botched surgery- it feels like a shallow thing to do but at the same time so many women take having boobs for granted and I just feel like it's not fair.

any advice/info much appreciated too!

Friend had them done by Alex Karadis- London. High profile often quoted in press, she was pleased- cost £5k about 4 years back.
