I drink lots of water. Gym 3 or 4 times a weeks. Am 49 and going on hols in 6 weeks. Mostly sightseeing (Florence) but some beach (Venice). My thighs have cellulite +++ Blush

Any recommendations? Have read the Nivea one is good "Goodbye Cellulite". Can't afford to spend too much so, not interested in Dior/Clarins.

Thanks

I’d suggest training regularly eating right and drinking water..as for cream use the dermalmd cellulite cream at night and do your skin some justice

Body brushing is the most effective way to deal with the appearance of it ( not saying diet & exercise aren't effective).
One of those tv programmes - super shoppers or something like that - trialed several creams against body brushing and the body brushing was surprisingly effective!

Water, body brushing and massage (i use a home device) do improve the appearance of cellulite a lot. The annoying thing though is if you stop investing time and effort it looks bad again. So I too am looking for something sustainable.

Cut down on caffeine and stodgy food. Do weight training exercise like squats and lunges or a class like bodypump two or three times a week. Fake tan will help your legs look better too.
