Boots in store delivery

Never used it and they have something I want and cannot be bothered to chase anywhere else, so how long does it actually take?
And how long do they keep the items for - say if I cannot collect for 3 or 4 days or so?

Think it took 4 or 5 days. They keep it for about a week I think.

As notyummy says, arrives in store after 3/4 days...they email you to let you know it's arrived and then you can pick it up.

My boots is very local to me so they tend to keep it until I pick my items up but about a week I think is the norm'.
