Size 10 ballet pumps - Where can I get some?

My friend is getting married and needs some shoes!
She has size 10 feet, and is 5ft10 tall, so needs flat shoe so as not to tower over her new DH.
Any ideas for finding pretty, flat, big shoes?

She's tried Evans and they're all a bit fugly. Will point her in direction of Long Tall Sally.
I did find www.tallgirls.com and The Big Shoe Boutique, but I don't think either has the kind of shoe she's looking for.
