My SIL has blonde dyed/highlighted hair (over dark brown/grey hair so not a straightforward job). For health reasons she is no longer able to leave the house and is now desperate to sort out her roots. She previously went to a salon in the West End so cost not an issue and lives in Greenwich, South East London.
Can anyone help, she is keen to avoid a previous hair disaster so would really like someone that comes recomended rather than some random person she's found on the net.
