Is this skirt a good buy?

I've had my eye on this skirt for a while and it's been reduced quite a bit in the sale but I can't decide.

Is it a good buy? I was thinking it would work with a breton top and sandals in summer, with a cashmere sweater and wolfords in winter. What does the Mumsnet S&B jury say?
