Please help me - outfit ideas needed

For my OH's 30th were going around london in the day to a few bars, then to a casino and then a club maybe.

cant do heels as were going to be doing alot of walking

what should I wear?

Dress flats and cardi
or
along the lines of
leggings loose shirt, belt, comfy cardi and flats?

The guys will be in jeans and shirt/t shirt but still manage to look smart and sexy?! - maybe i should just become a guy then ill know what to wear.
