Work jacket to go over plain black dress

I want to get an interview outfit together, just in case I ever get an interview. I've been looking at some lovely Hobbs black shift dresses, which I can't link to (thank you for that Hobbs). But I'd need a contrasting jacket to go over the top.

Has anyone got any ideas?

nude colour goes well with black?
or oatmeal
i'm not a fan of black with brights so that would be my choice
