LaurieFairyCake · 09/06/2011 17:38

particularly the tartan ones.

They are dead fetching.

pinkhebe · 09/06/2011 17:38

my Mum would like those Grin

ThatVikRinA22 · 09/06/2011 17:39

my dd has some

they stretch apparently. i went ballistic cos she bought a size smaller (apparently they are american sizes so if you order the size you think you are you get a smaller size)
but
they do stretch. so all is well in the tutu household once again
they are stupidly expensive though for what they are, but it was her money.

FriedaLivery · 09/06/2011 17:39

vicar you are like SO UNREASONABLE

slams door

LaurieFairyCake · 09/06/2011 17:40

Yes, I would expect a knitted shoe to stretch Grin

thesmartestgiantintown · 09/06/2011 17:43

I love my Toms and am the proud owner of 2 pairs. They are the comfiest shoes I own! They size fairly true, but are in US sizes so make sure you do the conversion....

Mumswang · 09/06/2011 20:15

They're Espadrilles right?

Shouldn't they be £6 from a wire basket outside the shop at the seaside?

SpeedyGonzalez · 09/06/2011 20:15

Smartestgiant are you looking for a new pair of shoes as a house for a little white mouse?

I have to be honest. Those are old man shoes. And I'm not thinking 'stylish silver fox'. I never thought it was possible but you have found a shoe that is worse than Uggs!

NoCarbsBeforeMarbs · 09/06/2011 20:21

I wanted to buy some for DS (4) but he was having none of it, so I bought myself a red pair and a black pair.
I really love them (but I do have a 'thing' for comfy shoes- Uggs and Birkies...)

DS went to the barbers the other day, and his (female) barber had a pair on, with leggings, a long stripy top and light, fitted denim jacket.
She looked great and I was Envy

DialsMavis · 09/06/2011 20:28

I like some of them and keep being tempted. I start to justify the price by telling myself I am also buying shoes for the poor children at the same time. Then I talk myself out of it by thinking I could just buy some cheaper shoes and give some money to charity. i can't decide if they are agood idea or just a massive blag to appeal to my lefty heart strings.
