nail varnish colour that goes with everything???

hi ladies - am going to egypt next week and treating my self to a manicure (full set) and a pedicure but not sure what colour will go with everything in my wardrobe - should i stick to basic white tips or colour???

got red and black sandals but have bright tops (coral, hot pink, green)

any ideas???
