how do I give myself a pedicure?

As the title says? What's the routine??

soak feet.
scrub with pumice/footfile
soak
exfoliate
tidy up cuticles
trim nails and shape if nec
moisturise
apply undercoat
2 coats of polish
top coat

Put your feet in your nearest fish tank. Apparently its the new thing. YUK.

I soak my feet in hottish water with peppermint oil. I then shape toe nails. Apply cuticle cream and re soak. Exfoliate, then tidy nails and use pedegg. I put a tiny dab of teatree oil on nails. Then i varnish. I also use softening cream.

there was a link on her recently about a drunken pedicure or something and it reckoned you didn't need to take too much care painting, put base, colour and top coat on a leave to dry overnight and then slather in vaseline in the morning jump in the bath and scrub round the edges with an old toothbrush and voila...
