I'm 32 this month and I already have some lines around my eyes...tell me what the best anti-ageing cream is please!

Aaaagh!

I'm really cross as I have spent YEARS putting on bloody sunscreen! And I only got rid of the bloody spots at 24!

So tell me, which cream is worth the money? I don't understand all the terminology and science in the adverts! Do I need night cream too? I'd like one with yet more sunscreen in I suppose and I still have quite oily skin. I usually use Clinique but am prepared to defect if need be!

Sleep. Lack of it did it for my wrinkles. wrt cream, best wait for someone who remembers to use theirs, I forget mine over half the time.

well i'm only 30 and i'm starting to look like the last apple in the fruit bowl. agree sleep would help. i'm thinking of putting a 9pm curfew in place for myself.

i've got an eye cream from lush, but i'm not sure it's really doing anything. perhaps harsh chemicals are the way to go?

Boring but true, sleep and plenty of water do make a difference. But i think eeping your skin as hydrated as possible is also key. I like the Clinique eye cream (Superdefense maybe??) or the Liz Earle eye products are also great, she does one for daytime with spf and light reflectors and a serum for nighttime. Not too £££ either. They are doing this offer when you buy them together its £25 and you also get a free Eyebright which is a lovely cooling eye lotion which I also love.

I have heard from very wise sources that the Chanel serum is the bomb. Will try to find out which one for you. Apparently very expensive however. but amazing. In fact listening to said source I am almost willing to blow my clothing budget for 6 months just to buy some.

Any old eye cream will do - they are all basically the same thing
You'd be better off with 8 glasses of water per day, 8 hours sleep per night, factor 50 and no fags. Also lots of seeds, nuts, eggs and oily fish in your diet. Then you will stave them off.

TBH there's nothing to get rid of wrinkles, so something that moisturises and doesn't give you spots should be enough (is for me anyway, and believe me, I review products so have my pick and choose!) - what budget are we talking?
Easier to advise you if I know how much you want to spend and how many products you want!
otherwise as previously mentioned by someone else:

• dont smoke
• drink lots of water
• try to get enough sleep
• eat healthy
• cleanse at night
• in terms of supplements, am not sure I'm a great believer in them - eat seeds and nuts and maybe take a food supplement occasionally, rather than vitamin supplements (eg Pukka Clean Greens is v good, am taking this at the mo)
