I always used to wear silver but the last few years I have bought more gold - particularly anything matt/antique style.

CatIsSleepy · 08/06/2011 16:27

studenty eh? i don't have much jewellery but what i do have is silver, am not keen on gold somehow
silver seems more subtle

said · 08/06/2011 16:27

Surely it's about you skin tone though? Gold looks horrid on me

JackieNo · 08/06/2011 16:28

I'm generally a silver person. Chunky (that's me and the silver Wink). Can't do delicate, generally.

noddyholder · 08/06/2011 16:29

I like gold. Silver ok with a tan

BulletWithAName · 08/06/2011 16:32

I didn't wear gold for years, but now I wear it more than I wear silver. Well, gold coloured jewellery anyway Grin

cybbo · 08/06/2011 16:33

Yes perhaps a silver chunky looks good on a nice tanned hand

Too much gold is not good

The necklaces and bracelet I've just bought are teensy and dainty and I ususally need something chunkier to balance out my sparrow wrists

I love skinny slithery jewellery in gold. Chunky is what my mum and all her social worker mates wear

cybbo · 08/06/2011 16:36

one necklace like this teensy drop that sits just in hollow of throat

I luff it

PharoahNuff · 08/06/2011 16:37

its not what is IN
its what suits you
gold makes me yella

noddyholder · 08/06/2011 16:37

That is very nice. I have seen a very skinny gold ring like barbed wire sounds awful but very pretty I want it!

ggirl · 08/06/2011 16:38

PharoahNuff · 08/06/2011 16:39

cybbo · 08/06/2011 16:42
