Need some advice! Am wearing a white, wraparound, sleeveless dress (sleeves are wider than 1 inch as I believe that's the rules!) and it's below the knee.
Need to choose a hat to go with! I think the white dress gives a nice blank canvas but wondering where the hell to start with the hat! Don't really like fascinators, was thinking something wide brimmed might suit. One of my friends suggested this with some black heels to contrast the white but aside from the price 
I'm not sure.
Have no fashion sense, please help!
