Bootcut jeans and t-shirts or sweatshirt for everyday wear. Jeans and smart shirt for pub/club. Suit and tie for meetings.

Matalan or Next mostly.

starlover · 15/11/2005 22:35

he never buys clothes.
i have bought him a couple of pairs of trousers from hennes but that's about it
he normally wears trousers and t-shirts. NEVER jeans though... cords or combats mostly

Tommy · 15/11/2005 22:40

he wears black jeans (from Levi shop outlet)and polo shirts/T shirts (from anywhere but he likes the ones from outdoor type shops as they don't need ironing) - every day to work and at home, summer or winter!

Get a load of you lot! My dh really slums it then going to Matalan!

cupcakes · 15/11/2005 22:45

jeans or cords with t-shirts or casual shirts. Only ever suits if it's a wedding or similar.
He doesn't buy much but it always has to be just right. ie perfect fit/fabric/colour. Minimal logos.
Likes carhart and duffer and stuff like that. Always waits for sales.
He's a very sensible shopper and knows exactly what he wants.

cupcakes · 15/11/2005 22:46

And he's definitely getting pickier the older he gets! (although he's only 32)

Gobbledigook · 15/11/2005 22:48

Lockets, sounds similar to my dh - wears jeans (Gas, Ted Baker or Levis) and t-shirts (Ted Baker, Duck and Cover, Bench) and smarter dark jeans with shirt for going out (shirts are Ted Baker mainly I think).

Suits for work.

I just think he needs a style makeover - he's crap with clothes!

My dp refuses to wear anything that has the slightest logo on it! Whether designer or cheap, he will not wear if it has a logo on.

starlover · 15/11/2005 22:54

my dp is the same hattie! will not wear anything with a logo!

well, for the most part... he will wear weird ones like his lik sang one, or freebie ones from work for IBM lol

but mostly it's plain t-shirts and non-designer trousers etc

D'you think we could get rich if who created a mens clothing company which promises to not use logos?
We could just do copy's of all the clothes we like with the logos removed for our men to wear

Logoless, will be the shop name, coming soon to a shopping centre near you!

Gobbledigook · 16/11/2005 11:40

bumping for daytime crowd!
