is having FOUR boobs actually an aspirational look for some women? ( sorry another bra thread)

I keep seeing women with t shirt bras on under TIGHT t shirts that just dont fit. Im now concluding its just how they WANT it to be?
am i right?

Sometimes I've got 3 boobs.
Not aspirational though.
Have lost some weight and have gone from a D cup to a C as recommended by bra fitter.
My right side is obviously slightly smaller and I never have a problem there, but sometines catch sight of myself in the mirror in a not tight t shirt and there is my 3rd boob that I hastily tuck back in!
