Hobo handbag

Can anyone point me in the direction of a hobo style everyday bag please? I want a tan coloured one and adore this one www.peonyandmoore.com/product_info.php?cPath=&products_id=118&zoom=y beyond words but I just can't afford it. Budget is about £100.

I've seen this marks and spencer bag on the tube a lot. Warning: the quality of the leather seems to be quite variable.

Is it as gorgeous as it looks? I haven't registered with them but will do now. I really heart that bag and can't see anything a like nearly as much. I was a bit worried that it doesn't have a zip though in case all my crap belongings would fall out?

I hate to tell you but it is really lovely in real life megatron, very soft squishy leather which is slightly grainy. It has pockets galore, and although it does not have a zip closure, the top is tight shut with the flap so you couldn't get a hand in when its shut even if you wanted to. I really have fallen madly and deeply. I get alot of comments on it when i'm out and it seems to go with everything I wear...(am sporting navy crops, breton today and it looked fabulous).

It is an investment, but will last you a long time imo...Smile

Have just registered and had another look at the other bags, they're all gorgeous but that one is soooooooooo lovely. I've already bought a necklace today I really shouldn't buy anything else but I can hear that bag shouting 'buy me' every time I look at the picture.

A zip for me is a must.

Never will forget getting pickpocketed in Germany with a non zip handbag.

Not helpful at all, sorry. Otherwise that bag is very nice.

I would hate to be an enabler, but I can honestly say the bag is ver ver beautiful & you wouldn't regret it, your credit card might, but you wouldn't!!!

Get some leather protector before you use it too, collonil stuff, as it will need protecting as its a light tan. Treated mine before use and its been a dream.....

I have the P&M one and yes it is very lovely, however I do also have this one which despite not being leather I do love almost as much. I like where it sits with the shorter handles.
