Bought some powder blush at the weekend in the colour Mocha, and it's transformed me from a walking corpse-a-like to a healthy looking, ruddy cheeked, goddess (slight exaggeration)

It is fantastic though, definitely worth the money. It's really natural looking :)

Can I get it in Boots?

cyb · 02/06/2011 13:21

Dont think even big branches of Boots sell MAc

MrsMeow · 02/06/2011 13:22

I don't think Boots sell Mac. I got mine from Selfridges, and I know Browns of Chester sell it too.

Debenhams online sell it as well; this is the one I bought.

no, no MAC in Boots. I love their blushers too though some of them are so very pigmented (which is good) that you need a really light hand applying them

their cream blush also brilliant, love it in ladyblush

TracyK · 02/06/2011 13:42

House of Fraser sells it - massive counter in Glasgow.

lilolilmanchester · 02/06/2011 14:12

I love the Mac cream blush - it adds extra coverage to pores/red veins too

JunoWatt · 02/06/2011 14:13

aha
now i used to be a MAC fan but now prefer bobbi brown pot au rouge in raspberry something

Ohh is the cream blush really good? I dithered between that or the powder and went for the powder because I remember having a cream one that rubbed my foundation off when I applied it.

Juno, is Bobbi Brown v good? They had a BB stall in Selfridges too, I was spoiled for choice!

RichTeaAreCrap · 02/06/2011 17:49

I use MAC powder blusher and absolutely love it. Haven't tried the cream blush so will add that to my list Grin

wendihouse22 · 02/06/2011 19:40

Mac cream blusher in Brit Wit. Devine.

MrsMeow · 02/06/2011 20:32

I wish I'd posted about this before last weekend! I could have spoiled myself a bit more Grin

On the other hand.....Bobbi Brown? I have a lovely (in the pan) pink blush which......just comes out orange on me. As do the bronzers. I have cheaper "everyday" blushers that are truer colour wise than BB.

JunoWatt · 03/06/2011 10:09

agree bronzers are poor.
i did mac blush for years, now wont deviate from BB

aquavit · 03/06/2011 10:32

BB blushers less pigmented than MAC so you can pile them on with more abandon

I don't think they last so well though, neither powder nor cream versions, and I find the same as wendi that the pink ones turn orangey - I like a very blueish pink so I don't get on with them

and yy the bronzers are PANTS

MABS · 03/06/2011 13:31

Love all Mac make-up , am an addict :( agree re Bobby Brown bronzer and also have a weakness for Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser.

MooMinCow · 03/06/2011 17:17

MAC Peachykeen is my all time fave. kinda like Nars Orgasm but with more pigment.
