Alternative to YSL Touche Eclat?

georgie22 · 01/06/2011 13:34

Calling on Mumsnetter knowledge to find an alternative to Touche Eclat. Not sure if the formulation has changed since I first started using this or whether it's having to do more to cover the fact I'm getting older but I need to change product. Any advice very gratefully received!

The Aldi one is pretty good!

clinique do one called airbrush , very good , comes in two shades
or very cheap-aldi do one for £3.99

It's not the same sort of formula as TE, but Bare Minerals undereye concealer is good.

If you buy the Bare Minerals one, also buy the special brush, which is fab. It also lasts ages and does not get that funny smell Touche Eclat sometimes gets if you don't use it fast enough (or is that just me Blush?) leading to £20-worth of make up having to go in the bin.

I have used No.7......well it's still in my make up bag and it was ok for what I wanted.
Avon do one which they claim helps to reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

The By Terry one is good.

Get thee down to a Bobbi Brown counter and ask them to apply THIS and
THIS on you.

I LOVE the 1st one (their version of TE), but am hearing v v good things about the 2nd one. And they will happily apply it for you so you can see if you like it. And they have loads of shades, so you wont end up Reverse Panda'ed.

I like the one by Virgin Vie or Vie at home or whatever they're called now!

I love the Aldi one too. It's called Lacura & £3.59. The best 3.59 I have ever spent!
