Banana Republic trousers

Some lovely person recommended Banana Republic trousers for work. I ordered two pairs, and they are indeed fantastic. However, they are just a smidge too tight and I don't know whether to return for a larger size or not.

Does anyone know if they grow? I've bought trousers from Gap in the past which have been snug when I bought them but loosened up to be the right size and was wondering if these would do similar as they are (the same?) related companies.

Hey, I have two pairs from BR, both Logan fit, neither of which have particularly stretched , if that helps!!

Nope, mine have not stretched either. And my butt has expanded somewhat, so they would have had the reason to...

Although I guess it depends on the material. If you have any with a high % of stretchiness (lycra, elastane etc), you might be ok? But if they are 'officey trousers', they wont.

Yes, I find they do give a little, and their sizing is generous as well.

Thanks everyone. I've got the Jackson wide leg suit trousers which have 4% Lycra and the Sloan ones which have some Lyrca in too so both should stretch.
Hmmm, think I need to try on again with someone else to look at them and give an honest opinion!

They are great trousers, really nice cut and the material feels lovely.
