Hi- I need to get a halterneck nursing bra for posh event. I have found one by cake lingere (toffee style) but it's quite pricy. Has anyone tried it? Is it any good/comfortable? If not are any others around?
Any advice very welcome!

Any multiway bra would work as a nursing bra as they all have clips at the top of the cup for the straps. You just need to attach a piece of elastic to the back of the strap and the inside of the cup to keep the strap from being lost over your shoulder when you release it! Instructions here. There are other tutorials around which might show it better.

Or get a front opening bra which would open easily for nursing, that's what I wore a lot once DS2 was a year or so and I was sick of nursing bras.

Calvin Klein used to do a multi-way front opening bra - have a look on figleaves.
