Best boot cut, high waisted jeans for under £30

Definitely without a crease down the front of the legs, please. I've found some in Next, but the legs look a bit skinny for me. Not dark blue either. (I don't ask for much )

Any ideas, ladies?

New look had a huge choice of bootleg jeans about a month ago.

Peacocks!! the best jeans I have ever bought. £12 for the bootcut and they come in dark/light blue rinse. Wash lovely as well.

Gap in Debenhams had a great sale on when I went on Friday. I got some "Gap curvy" bootleg jeans for £24.99.

I can't find the Dream jeans on their website! Embarrassed, they're not high enough on the waist. The high waist is the most important bit really, to help disguise my cake shelf. Thanks anyway, ladies. I might nip into Manchester tomorrow and mooch in Debenhams.

I found my high waist and boot cut jeans in Per Una through pure desperation and they are fab. Would never normally venture in there but was really desperate as Next, Debs, New Look etc were just not high waisted, fat thighed or right coloured enough. Found some that are Roma boot cut (whatever that is) and come in several diff colours/shades of denim. Once you remove the horrendous belt and get them with your normal clothes they are great.

Best high-waisted, bootcut, jeans I've got were (funnily enough) from Sainsburys about a year ago - worth a try.

These are probably slightly more flary than bootleg, but they have a higher waist and an excellent fit and aren't too dark.

I know this doesn't help, but I got some yesterday in Primrose Hill, reduced to £25. Starting price £215!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously though, I got some good ones a few months ago from Miss Selfridge. Nice colour and very stretchy (good for squeezing over my massive thighs while still being Ok round normal waist). I think £30.

Failing that, do any of the other suggested places do jeans with a 34 in inside leg (but still with a relatively high waist)?

Dotty, it was Elias and Grace, they were on a rail outside. These had very long legs, I think probably 34 inches. Waist was about an inch below my navel. But I am short.
