Tis another handbag thread but please can you help!

Sorry! I know there have been lots of bag threads recently but I need a new bag and can't see anything suitable on the other threads!

Criteria:

Colour - doesn't really matter though not black and my everyday bag is tan at the moment so whilst I would consider tan, another colour would be nice.
Casual/everyday wear
Needs to go over my shoulder - hobo okay, don't like satchels
Size - not massive. Current bag is v big and slouchy. It's great for family days out when it gets filled with kids stuff (and weighs a tonne!) but I want a me bag. Medium to small, needs to fit more than a purse so not tiny
Budget - don't have one - def not a Mulberry budget but point me to anything regardless of price, for ideas.

So, stylish ladies, can you help?

I love this I have a similar style in tan from M&S and its brilliant, not too big but plenty of storage and fits most occasions except very formal.

I have that P & M bag too - - in grey -- fab size, longer that normal straps to sit on your shoulder ok and expands to fit whatever you want to carry in it - my fave bag this year!

I have had this bag-but in a beautiful emerald green-for nearly a year and a half.
It is super soft,and the strap can be extended or shortened for shoulder use. I have DSx2. This bag is deceptive,it holds loads. Large mulberry,purse,fruit shootx2, pack of wipes,tissues...and yet is neat looking.
Would definitely recommend. Comes in other colours on the website too.

What's the opinion on something like this although, surprisingly, Boden have caught my eye with this though I really wanted something before our summer holiday next month.

The Boden one is much bigger I think than all the others that were suggested? Think the Boden is nicer than the DKNY but both a little bit plain for the price imo

that Boden one is HUGE millie and looks really hard to get into as the top opening is so small with a short shoulder strap. I would constantly be struggling to get my crap essentials out.

whatever you buy, just don't buy Radley....urgh.

Have you looked at TX Maxx? I have just brought the most gorgeous Osprey tote from there for £79 reduced from £279.

What colour did you get sparkle, looks lovely.
