please explain spray tanning- when do i exfoliate/ wax etc?

and how long before i go on hols should i have it done? And which brand is best- in a salon i mean- if it helps for info, i am dark haired and pasty verging on blue .

exfoliate before, not after or you will scrub it all off!
Check with salon - most say exfoliate before and don't moisturise
Aftercare - don't scrub, pat yourself dry after showers with towel and keep slapping moisturiser on

make sure you remember to exfoliate the back of your hands - I had a nasty experiance before a holiday with this - my hands looked like tiger bread!!!
