Hi people, I am going to an event tomorrow and would like to wear some falsies. Can you recommend a ceratin type/brand? also any tips in applying them wouldn't go amiss as I am a complete novice :)
Dont really want to spend more than £10 max
Thanks in advance!

Individual ones are the best IME.

They sell them in superdrug etc, maybe the Eyelure ones? dont go overboard and they will look more natural.

They are around £6

Oh I never thought of individuals. Are they not really fiddly to put on?

Not as bad as you might imagine! i find them much easier than strip ones mainly because the end result is worth it! strip ones always fall off and just dont look as good to me.

The pack i bought had 3 different sizes and last ages, i only put on about 6 starting in the middle and workin towards the outer edge, i used the 'short' in the middle and the medium on the outer edge. [you get short-medium and long sizes]

You can play around and see what you think looks nice as there are plenty of lashes in the pack.

You get some packs that the lashes are in sort of splayed clumps they give a bushier effect, i prefer the straighter curved ones [if that makes sense?!]

If you have the time, maybe get a pack of the cheaper ones [generally the splayed ones] i saw some in somewhere like Savers or 99p store and have a practice with them. You will need tweezers to hold them with.

Also, they last several days but if by chance one falls off during your night out it really wont show so much...however if you lose a strip lash you will look very silly!
