I have a couple of tops similar to this - I'm guessing it finishes around mid-thigh? I usually wear mine with leggings or skinny jeans, or sometimes over shorts in the summer.

Thanks. I thought leggings. I dont do shorts so it will be an autumn/winter top for me :)

For autumn/winter I'd definitely say leggings or jeans then... In fact that top would look lovely with skinny jeans, heels and a nice blazer or something for a night out

Would it work with cropped leggings in the summer? Or would I look like I had no legs? (I am not tall).

I'm not tall either but still do cropped leggings in the summer! I'd say go for it!
