Botox worries - help!

Went for my usual botox jabs this morning. The nurse is brilliant and she uses this doctor on the telephone from Harley St. Dr Mark is really nice and I have to talk to him for about a minute before I get to have my injections from the nurse and then I can get back in time for the school run! This morning though I noticed that the botox on the table had someone elses name on it. She said that Mark from Harley Aestetics sends her botox in the names of people she treated last month because it means that she can keep her stock levels up and its more convenient for her clients at the salon. I guess that botox is botox but I wondered if anyone else has come across this situation and should I be worried?

The same thing happened to a friend of mine, and she had hers done at her local hairdresser. Not sure whether it was by a nurse or not, but she had to speak to a harley street dr for a minute before having it done. She had a box with someone else's name on it and was told not to worry that they did it all the time! Seems it's a big thing...
