No I don't think so, as they always the same 3 buttons even if item has no buttons!
Seems a waste to me. Odd/pointless

They have friendship bracelets on some items too.

I nlove WS but the friendship bracelets are weird. I collect the bottons though, not sure what for but they can join my button jars.
