I've had three so-so haircuts now from a stylist I've gone to for years, and need to move on for the sake of my sanity. My hair is thick and tempramental, plus needs colouring as well; it's the only thing I'm happy with appearance-wise and my one and only indulgence, so prices dont really come up on my radar. Stylist need to be in the town, love Aveda products but it's the cut that matters! Help!

try here
I used to use Wacky Hair co (terrible name) as was near my work, I thought they were good, but not sure which stylist I had. Then I used Nutters on Mill Road, but on the third cut I had the owner who made me cry and then the police turned up to give him a talking to about threatening someone and I haven't gone back (funny that!). So don't go there.
I am probably not the best person to ask as I have fairly simple haircut requirements!

I've had good haicuts at Directors (Green St), Essensuals (but you could never get an appointment there) and for a couple of years now have been going to Sanrizz in Sussex St (think it's listed in the phone book as Ricci Rizzo). I've been very pleased with them and you can always get an appointment on a weekday.
