My DD has a chin length bob and it's supposed to be tied back for a gym competition... any bright ideas of
what with and how?
It's flyaway as well.
Thanks...

My DD has a chin length bob too and the only thing we can do with it for gym is to put it into 2 pigtails/bunches with elasticated bands.

Its not long enough to tie back into one pony tail and they are not allowed to wear any clips so I can't pin back any loose bits.

If you can do French plait type styles (I can't) then you could do those on either side and secure with bands?

Make sure her hair isn't freshly washed - in fact the dirtier the better. Wet hair, apply gel, french plait. Two french plaits (one each side of the head) rather than one down the middle is better for short hair.

Practise before The Day, and allow plenty of time on the day, it's bound to go wrong the first time.

lots and lots of gel and gel spray
