Please help me find some nice going out flat shoes.

I am off out on Friday and I'm thinking of wearing the same dress as this The problem is I can't wear heels, I'm waiting for an op fix my dislocating knee, even low heels hurt me so I need totally flat shoes.
Any ideas?
