If I buy this, what do I need? Just trainers and normal gym stuff?

trainers - maybe a gym mat if you're planning on doing it on a hard floor.
some free weights although you could fashion some out of water bottles and rice if you're on a tight budget.
sports bra essential if any bigger than a B cup :o

You really need a gym mat unless you have very comfortable carpets or you will be very uncomfortable.

You definately do not need weights - I use 400g tines of chopped tomatoes! And I have been doing it barefoot too so could save on the trainers too - I'd def buy the mat before any of this

I would say you do need weights, trainers and a sports bra. If no-one can see you it doesn't really matter what you wear. When it is hot I do it in my sports bra and pants (but keep my dressing gown handy just in case)!!
