Help! 15 yr DD needs outfit for a wedding....

And she only ever wears jeans and t-shirts, so has nothing at all that she can wear. Can anyone find anything that would work? She's 5'8 and size 10 Envy and quite likes long tops and leggings, black/red/purple type thing. Just need to find something cheap and cheerful really. Also shoes? don't think Converse will work for a wedding somehow! Thanks all.
