What colour leggings with this stripy navy tunic??

I have this stripy tunic in navy:

I've been wearing it with skinny/ straight jeans (too tall and 'mature' to wear it as a dress). But thought I might ring changes with some leggings, which I've just started wearing. Full length or possibly cropped

Any ideas on colour/s?? Didn't think it would be right with navy and doubtful about white leggings (though like white jeans).

Also any ideas on quality suppliers of cropped ones would be good - I got my full length ones from Boden and like them.

I buy mine in topshop they are brilliant. I have full legnth (wear with uggs ir angle boots) and they just act as thick tights really. In summer calf legnth with flats and sometimes just to knee (very self concious of my knees). I must admit i only own black and brown. DD wears floral. I have tried white but they look like bandages. Have tried khaki and pale pink but i cant carry it off. Have you looked at navy or grey. Sometimes black can overpower a dress sometimes not.

Thanks. Didn't want navy because the tunic is navy so might be too much? Grey definitely worth considering. Any other suggestions?

I think leggings can only be considered in black, grey and navy myself...
I wouldn't rule out black though black and navy when done well can be striking and not at all the faux pas it is thought to be.

these grey ones from Gap are full length and a good colour as an alternative to black and navy.

Not sure about cropped leggings as I only ever wear full length ones.

I like those Gap ones.
