Help, my hands look about 20 years older than the rest of me, I'm a nurse so wash them constantly and use a lot of alco-rub.
They are so dry and wrinkly looking, I use various hand moisturisers but to no avail.
Can anyone recommend something that will work miracles, pleeeeeeeeease.
