Ok <deep breath> I am going to be a shallow cow and get my girls lifted. What can I expect?

I am going to give myself a present and have my breasts done. Combined lift and augmentation. I've thought about it for a long time. My poor boobies are so sad and flat - as per my (obviously namechanged) username, I am now a 32 Long.

If anyone could share your experience, I'd be so grateful.

How much does it hurt, immediately post-op, and in the days and weeks after?
When did you feel "normal" again, ie. without pain and able to do everything you did before?

I'm having cohesive gel implants, 245mL so quite small, under the pectoral muscle.
Were you able to exercise/do yoga again after without any ill effects?
