wobbly/saggy chin and jaw line! Any suggestions?

Help! My jawline is really starting to depress me. Have always had a bit of a double chin. Narrow jaw so nothing to hang it on! However, as the years go by (am 37) it looks more wobbly. Any exercises that people have found worked to firm up jawline and the bit under the chin? Or creams? Do those facial toner things work? E.g Tripollar or any others. I am not very disciplined but can cope with a couple of minutes a day morning and evening.

If anyone has any brilliant solutions I would be eternally grateful!!!

Thanks

A brilliant solution, which can be done anywhere is to push your head right back and make chewing motions. This will strengthen the muscles under the chin and jaw. Also, collagen boosters are quite expensive but worth a go as a preventative measure. Put on a complete sun block too and develop a good cleansing routine. Have facials every 6 weeks or so. And, generally eat healthy - beauty definitely comes from within.
