Nothing too mental (or expensive). I need a dress too, but will probably match dress to hat rather than vice versa, as nice hats are harder to find. Apparently a 'substantial fascinator' is also acceptable, but I'm not sure what they mean by 'substantial'. I'd like something quite simple, if poss, but don't want to end up looking like the Duchess of Kent or similar.
