Please help - I am looking for a lightweight, mid thigh, Goretex hooded jacket in a size 22...

...and I can't seem to find one anywhere!

Even better if it could be found in an interesting colour or it had a little shape to it but failing that just the right size, length and breatheable.

Can anyone suggest anything?

i was going to suggest landsend as well, i have a plain black one for dog walking and watching the boys play football in the winter. its pretty shapeless, although does have an adgustable tie on the wasit, think its called the squall.
i also have a north face mens jacket, again a bit boxy but is plain black and slightly shaped at the hem.
i think cotton traders do larger size waterproof wear as well but havent looked for ages.

Was about to suggest Cotton Traders or Land's End too!
