If there was only one pea, then yes. But otherwise no. I think there are nicer necklaces out there, though. Sorry to say that.

Ha ha! I am laughing...it is a pea pod. It's meant to be a casual piece of summer jewellery for her (she has lots of "serious" jewellery but I thought this was young and nice.
Might keep it for myself and get her something else...
