anyone elses dd got the boden rib waisted skirt? my dds one of falling apart an the stiching is horrendously shite

the stiching where the skirt is sewn onto tyhe elastic is all wibberly wobbly all over the shop, the fabric is coming away from the waistband and when i look inside i could see why the stiching is diabolical

mil bought this skirt for my dd and ive bought 2 tops esp to be worn with it!

mil is in spain for 3 weeks and the skirt is in low stock, if i phone boden will they send me another?
i could emaiil them the pictures

I had a brilliant reaction from Boden when I had to complain about stitching.They sent out a replacement right away,the person I spoke to was very very helpful and apologetic,and it is one of the reasons that I feel really safe buying from them,so just call them in the morning,I'm sure they will deal with it well.

thanks helly, only thing is mil ordered the skirt, and shes on holiday.

but i can email the photos as proof and i know all the details
plus me and mil are good customers

i'll call them in the am and report back on the service i get...
