size 12 and need a whole wedding outfit

please help!
I'm stuck in a rut after 2 dcs and none of my clothes fit me properly so need to buy something new for a wedding.

I'm quite tall, size 12, olive skinned and a v short dark hair. Still bf dc2 so it needs to have reasonably easy access!

budget is up to about £200 for everything. so who's up for a challenge? I'm hopeless at putting together a whole outfit so I need help with shoes, dress, hat/fascinator, jewellery, bag and wrap/warm layer

i want to look 'wow' and not 'frumpy' if at all possible!

I am same size and coloring but I have trouble to give any advice,
What age will be DC2? (i.e. is he going to BF every 2h or just once, do you need to hide the tummy area?)
Can you manage a dress?
do you want your legs on show?
skirt or pants? (probably easier so you can pull up the top to BF, but you will lose the wow)

the style of the buttoned one was quite me too but not sure about the colour

Actually quite hard, there is a lot of nice dresses out there but button or wrap seems to be out of fashion so no easy access.
