I have had my colours done and silver rather than gold should be my choice of jewellery, but i think this screams gold. Also, what shoes I was thinking tan? I am wearing it to a meal and then possibly dancing. TIA

I would go orange or deep pink or black.
Cartainly not tan.
Too samey.
Lovely frock.

LK Bennett shoes a wee bit Carole Middleton (ie elegant but very safe) so would be tempted to go for something a bit funkier.

Salmon

There are tonnes of great shoes to fit the bill on the John Lewis site.

Just define yuor choice with settings on the left.

I'm not sure the dress is a dancing one though....

You need colour with that dress not gold or silver go for bright, vibrant colours or you will risk looking washed out.

Buddhastic · 09/05/2011 15:59

What colour would you suggest Jaquelinehyde as I have just had my colours done and vibrant colours were not on the list! I just can't seem to get my head round a colour that would go unless its brown Blush. I like a classic look but would like to add something to funk it up but don't know exactly what.

Ok I think deep pink ( as per Moondog) would do the job so am sure will find something tomorrow. Thanks to both of you.

Sorry just seen this again, if it's not too late yes deep pink would be good, as would orange, also a purple could look nice but it has to be what you're comfortable with.
