How can I look younger

Does anyone have any tips? I'll be 30 at the end of the month and you'd think I was older. I feel so frumpy: lines on my face, grey hairs coming in, flabby tummy. How can i look better ... fast?

I used to work on women's magazines. And I should practise what I preach a little more!

Aloha is glamorous. Follow every instruction religiously

I had ds when I was 31 and I looked 25 at the most, people were always shocked when they found out I was in my thirties. Now I am 33 and if I am honest I would say that I look about 39! I think sleep must be the answer get as much as you can. If you do succeed in knocking a few years off please let me know how you did it .

I am having a good hair cut and colour on Thurs as I look ANCIENT atm. Also get eyebrows done if you need to

Enid · 08/11/2005 14:18

also nice glossy corally coloured lippy works wonders

doormat · 08/11/2005 14:20

drink plenty of water
exercise
get new haircolor and style
new clothes

and most important
start acting younger then u will feel it

Sleep
Water
Moisturiser ae the basics.

Then good make up, nicle clothes, good hircut and heels.

eyebrow wax can work wonders. also a pedicure is v cheering, though i admit it won't make you look younger in winter.

If money is a problem see if your local college does a Health and beauty Course. Dd is doing one at the momnet to become a qualified Beauty Therapist and they have a salon where you can have hair/beauty treatments. They are really cheap, and they only let them in the salon once they are qualified to do that particular treatment. dd could wax your legs at the mo' but couldn't do other stuff for example.

I would second anythign that Joolstoo recommends - she is very young looking! And Gobbledigook has inherited those genes

Loads of water, loads of hair dye, a few new flattering clothes, L'Oreal Microdermabrasion to get rid of the grey skin, I also like the L'oreal translucide foundation (slightly light difusing I think and not pricey)

You could try a toyboy too.
