Went in there today (never bothered before - figured they wouldnt do clothes in size 16+) and it is FANTASTIC!

My wedding dress is found it think......... well, will be sat outside, hopeful, very early on day one of the Jan Sales

Fabulous. I bought one in their sale originally but my mother sulked so much I took it back and let her make me one instead. Their sales are great - often half price. Sienna is the one that looks better on the model, isn't it?

I mean better than the picture of it on its own

I love Monsoon,can't afford anything but go in and stroke the velvet stuff in an obviously slightly psychotic manner. A very up herself mother from school once said to me "I saw you in Monsoon today, fondling things"!

Little tip here girls (which Monsoon don't advertise) - if you buy something on their storecard full price, if it is reduced during the following 90 days you can claim the difference i.e.in the sale.

Check the time limit but you basically buy everything at sale price!

MrsMills - I am going to dob you in to dh (who works for Monsoon).

Mrs Mills you can't do that if you've taken out their storecard within the last year. They've changed the rules. Check before you buy anything!!

P.S. Turquoise, get a p/t job there, even 4-6 hours a week and you'll get 75% discount on all your clothes!!

Will I still be able to do it with mine, I've had it since 2002? I tend to get Christmas clothes on it then get the difference when the sales have finished.

I didn't realise they'd changed that policy - probably did it after the last time it was discussed on Mumsnet . Just to make you , I luuurve my 75% discount, just bought a fab black sequin vest and bronzy shrug for all the Xmas parties I'm invited to (okay, the one Xmas party I'm invited to, but it's one more than last year so I'm excited). Don't get a big discount on the kids clothes tho, or ds1 and dd would be very well dressed....
