Help I'm really struggling- outfit for a June wedding

I need a lovely dress for a June wedding but so far I'm really struggling.

5'7 and size 10ish
I'm a pear shape so I need something fitted on the top (ideally with more detail up top too) but flatteringly generous on the bottom half (I don't feel comfortable in anything too 'body con')
I have mousey hair so bright colours don't do anything for me.

Everything I've seem so far is either looks too bridesmaidy, or is too structured, brightly coloured or severe for me.
Any ideas?

Happy to spend around £100, or more if it's really nice!

@mumtoted- I think I've fallen in love with that blue dress that you linked to. It's gorgeous.

Yes its stunning isn't it 2cats, the fabric looks beautiful. Do you have somewhere in mind to wear it?

Mumtoted, thanks so much.
I like them all but I really love the first biba one- of course I do, it's the most expensive!

Mamatoted's maxi is gorgeous.

albania- lovely selection too. Yet again it's the most expensive one I like the best. Bit of an unfortunate trend...

Sorry about that! :o

I have just bought this and it suits my 5'6" size 10/12 pear to a T (imho obviously!)

Sops · 05/05/2011 21:56

treetrunk, yes, that monsoon one is a really good style for pear shapes. I love the little frills on the shoulders, they'll balance out the hips perfectly.

damsel in a dress this is wider up top to balance your hips but not sure if its too bright
